Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on clearance, sale items or shipping charges. Used candles are non-returnable. All prices on our website are in US Currency. We try very hard to keep all our items in stock and ready to ship. Otherwise we will try to note on website, LIMITED QUANTITIES, but if for any reason an item your have ordered is not in stock we will notify you via e-mail and let you know when they will become available.
PICK UP POLICY: NO PICKUPS
American Glory Candle is an internet-based business and does not have a store front. All orders are shipped using UPS ground services. Orders may be submitted via our internet shopping cart 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only).
SATELITTE STORE: ROCK FALLS, IL
American Glory Candle Co. does have a small satellite shop inside Pillars Repair located at RT 30, Rock Falls, IL. We carry a good supply of candles and bears at this location for immediate purchase.
