AMERICAN GLORY CANDLE ships all orders via UPS. Shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the package and destination. Standard time for orders shipped UPS ground is 5-10 BUSINESS days. All orders have a processing of 2-3 business days. All packages leave American Glory Candle Company in excellent condition; if your package has any signs of damage, or breakage call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or you can e-mail UPS at customer.service@ups.com. Report the problem to UPS immediately. UPS will then contact American Glory Candle to resolve the issue.

Once orders are shipped American Glory Candle does not maintain control over packages and cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates by UPS or the condition of the package and the materials contained within.
